1999年,李春江正式踏上乡村执业医师的岗位,在汝州市寄料镇寄料村一待就是十九年。乡村行医的日子里,他见过太多烧伤患者因缺医少药而承受痛苦,有的重度烧伤患者在传统治疗下留下终身疤痕,有的甚至因感染面临截肢风险。这些场景深深刺痛了他,也让他萌生了研发高效烧伤药的念头。在繁重的诊疗工作之余,他一头扎进中医药典籍,从《黄帝内经》《本草纲目》中汲取智慧,结合现代临床经验反复试验。为了寻找合适的药材,他翻山越岭采集标本,对每一味药材的性味、归经都了然于胸;为了优化配方,他无数次调整药材配比,在确保安全的前提下验证疗效。这段时光里,他不仅要应对诊疗工作的压力,还要克服研发过程中的重重困难,但党员的坚韧品格支撑着他从未放弃,他常说:“患者的期盼,就是我最大的动力。”

In 1999, Li Chunjiang officially embarked on his career as a rural practicing physician, staying in Jili Village, Jili Town, Ruzhou City for nineteen years. During his time in rural medical practice, he witnessed too many burn patients suffering due to a lack of medical resources—some with severe burns left with lifelong scars from traditional treatments, while others faced the risk of amputation due to infections. These scenes deeply distressed him and inspired his idea to develop an efficient burn medication. Amidst his demanding diagnostic and treatment work, he immersed himself in traditional Chinese medical texts, drawing wisdom from *The Yellow Emperor’s Inner Canon* and *Compendium of Materia Medica*, while combining modern clinical experience in repeated trials. To find suitable medicinal materials, he traversed mountains and valleys to collect samples, mastering the properties and meridian effects of every herb; to refine the formula, he endlessly adjusted the ratios of medicinal ingredients, verifying efficacy under the premise of ensuring safety. During this period, he had to contend not only with the pressure of clinical work but also overcome numerous challenges in the research process. Yet, the resilience of a Party member sustained him, never letting him give up. He often said, "The hopes of patients are my greatest motivation."

2008年10月,李春江光荣成为一名预备党员,2009年10月转为正式党员,这份政治身份让他的医者使命更添一份厚重。在河南省汝州市寄料镇蔡沟村党支部,他始终以高标准要求自己,如今担任党支部“学习强国”管理员和第二党小组组长的他,更是将理论学习与行医实践紧密结合。他常说:“党员就要冲在前面,群众需要什么,我就钻研什么。”带着这份信念,他在提升专业能力的道路上从未停歇。2005年,他进入焦作市中药学校中西结合专业学习,补充现代医学知识;2017年10月,他考取执业中药师资格证书;2018年10月,又拿下中西临床执业助理医师资格。不断学习的背后,是他对“医者仁心”的坚守,也是对党员“先锋模范作用”的践行,在乡村医疗一线,他用专业与担当赢得了百姓的信任与赞誉。

2015年,李春江的烧伤药研发迎来重要转折点——俞梦荪院士亲自考察后给予肯定,这让他更加坚定了研发方向。一年后的2016年5月,解放军总医院烧伤研究所侯倩博士的团队为他的成果给出了权威佐证。侯倩博士派人从李春江处取走烧伤药,在北京解放军总医院烧伤研究所开展动物三度烧伤实验,实验结果令人惊叹:烧伤创面不仅实现愈合,更达到“汗毛长出,美丽如初”的效果。侯倩博士激动地表示,这款烧伤药潜力巨大,四个月后有望轰动世界,建议作为国家战略物资,分别成立军工和民用企业,既保障部队需求,又服务社会大众。这一评价让李春江备受鼓舞,也让他意识到,自己研发的不仅是一款良药,更是中医药走向世界的一份希望。此后,他更加注重成果的严谨性,不断完善临床数据,为成果转化做着充分准备。

In 2005, he entered Jiaozuo Traditional Chinese Medicine School to study the integration of Chinese and Western medicine, supplementing his knowledge of modern medicine; In October 2017, he obtained the qualification certificate for practicing traditional Chinese medicine pharmacists; In October 2018, he obtained the qualification of assistant physician for clinical practice in both Chinese and Western medicine. Behind his continuous learning is his adherence to the principle of "compassion for doctors" and his practice of the exemplary role of party members. In 2015, Li Chunjiang's research and development of burn medicine reached an important turning point - Academician Yu Mengsun personally inspected and affirmed it, which further strengthened his research and development direction. In May 2016, one year later, Dr. Hou Qian's team from the Burn Research Institute of the People's Liberation Army General Hospital provided authoritative evidence for his achievements. Dr. Hou Qian sent someone to take the burn medicine from Li Chunjiang and conducted animal third degree burn experiments at the Burn Research Institute of Beijing PLA General Hospital.
